A standard only matters if people can shape it.

During v0.1-draft, maintainers move quickly and breaking changes are allowed. Feedback is still welcome now, especially from labels, artists, engineers, archives, distributors, developers, and manufacturing partners.

Open an issue

Use issues for schema bugs, missing fields, unclear semantics, real-world workflow gaps, and implementation questions.

Discuss a design

Use discussions before large changes. The best feedback includes a concrete release, production, rights, or archive scenario.

Submit a pull request

Contributions can improve schemas, docs, examples, validation behavior, and wording. DCO sign-off is expected for commits.

After v1.0, significant changes are expected to move through a more formal RFC process with review periods and compatibility rules.
